- Facilitate timely launches of new site openings in your region through site set-up, recruitment, and training.
- Take ownership of site KPI’s, implementing cost-control measures and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
