What You’ll Do
- Support and improve continuous coating and converting processes
- Troubleshoot production challenges across materials, equipment, and process conditions
- Work with resin-based systems (epoxy, phenolic, polyester, and custom blends)
- Partner closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
- Lead trials, process improvements, and new product introductions
- Develop and refine process standards and best practices
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor
- Background in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in a production environment (coatings, paper, plastics, films, composites, or similar)
- Hands-on, practical approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working on-site and on the plant floor daily
- Curiosity around how materials behave in real-world production
