RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Collaborate with the supply and demand planning team, ensuring accurate capacity modeling, inventory optimization, and timely issue resolution.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings, driving continuous improvement and maintaining effective cross-functional communication.
- Develop integrated short-, medium-, and long-term planning strategies in collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, proactively identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve alignment, reduce risk, and support organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related business discipline with 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in planning or logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems), Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Perishable food product experience a plus
