BrainWorks is partnered with a leading Consumer Services company for a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems. This role will focus on the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of all UKG modules, ensuring that our HRIS system is fully integrated and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with UKG platform, and a deep understanding of HR processes to drive system enhancements and improvements.

This position will be hybrid in TAMPA, FL (relocation assistance provided)

Priorities:

• Oversee and manage the UKG Pro HRIS platform, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data while optimizing employee and manager self-service functionality.
• Configure and maintain system architecture and data fields, ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment with organizational growth and needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HRIS enhancements, system upgrades, and partner integrations to streamline HR operations.
• Lead the implementation of HRIS/HCM system modules, providing expert recommendations on best practices and ensuring successful integration across the organization.
• Translate technical system configurations and changes into practical, actionable training materials for employees and managers to ensure effective system use.
• Spearhead the integration of newly acquired companies into the UKG HCM platform, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent user experience across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of HRIS experience
