RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Providing strategic oversight and leadership across all production operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and budget goals
- Expanding manufacturing capacity domestically and internationally
- Implementing lean manufacturing tools and techniques to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Guiding plant layouts, equipment installation, and maintenance programs
- Overseeing P&L reviews, budgets, and cost controls
- Building and sustaining strong partnerships with third-party suppliers
- Championing safety programs and coordinating necessary training and compliance
- Promoting an engaged, accountable workforce through leadership and development
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field with 10 years of manufacturing management experience including both domestic and international operations
- furniture manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Proven background in manufacturing methods, continuous improvement, and quality management
- Demonstrated leadership in conflict resolution, team development, performance management, and motivation
- Strong understanding of key operational metrics, financial analysis, and budgetary oversight
- Ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites
- Position based in Birmingham, Al, with a company-provided relocation package
