AV” rated plaintiff’s personal injury & maritime law firm seeks a Sr. Associate / Jr. Partner with 10 - 15 / - years of PI & maritime litigation experience. The right candidate will have strong academic credentials and throughout their career demonstrable abilities to handle a busy PI & maritime case load from intake through trial with a senior firm attorney or solo. Excellent legal research and writing is a must with complete familiarity of Federal and State Court Rules. Trial experience, maritime litigation and bi-lingual are significant pluses. Competitive compensation package (can include draw with % of net fees), includes 401K with minimal 3% employer contributions after one year, health and dental insurance, and more.
