POSITION : Maintenance Inventory SAP Clerk HOURS : 7 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 30 p.m., weekends. COMPENSATION : 21.38
REPORTS TO : Maintenance Supply Supervisor
EMPLOYMENT : Full time
JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the distribution of necessary tools or materials from the maintenance supply room, recording accurate inventory data, and maintaining maintenance supply room organization and housekeeping.
JOB DUTIES :
- Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance supply room through manual and cycle counting methods.
- SAP data and work order entry.
- Issuing and Kitting Parts for maintenance work orders.
- Receive and inspect incoming parts to verify quantity, item number, and quality from various freight deliveries, including part pickup from or delivery to vendors.
- Maintain site recycle program (for light bulbs, batteries, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS : Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to very cold; noise; humidity; moving vehicles; slippery floors; possible heavy and repeated lifting. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONS : Must have basic computer literacy in Windows operating system. Must complete Powered Industrial Truck, Lock Out / Tag Out and Hazard Communication safety training courses. Must meet Maintenance Back & Task requirements. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 9 hours per day. SAP Experience and Bilingual Skills (Spanish and English) a plus. Mechanical aptitude and experience a plus.
