Work Hours
- This is a full-time position
What You Bring to Brakes 4 Less
- Valid Driver’s License
- Passionate about cars
- Ability to lead a team; previous experience leading a team preferred but not required
- Customer service or Sales experience with the ability to connect with customers
- Mechanically Inclined with a strong desire to learn and a strong work ethic
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Works well with different personalities and a strong communicator
Responsibilities
- Oversee service order process, present customers with their best options for repair, quote pricing, and deliver a great customer experience
- Support Technicians in diagnosing vehicle problems when needed
- Manage the inventory process and order parts when necessary
- Lead and develop your team while reinforcing company policies and standards
- Create weekly schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Manage technician productivity and maintain effective employee relations
