Job Description
As an Automotive Technician at Brakes Plus, you will be responsible for performing basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as an Automotive Technician, you should have a minimum of 2 years' auto service/engine diagnostic experience, ASE Certification preferred but not required, valid driver's license, ability to operate and drive vehicles, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Providing top-notch service to our customers
- Performing skilled mechanical work while analyzing and diagnosing problems
- Inspecting, replacing, and/or repairing defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automobiles
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technical information and techniques
- Demonstrating behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
