Braman Miami is actively looking to add a General Sales Manager to our growing team! As an Automotive General Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our dealership's sales performance and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team, motivating them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
Consistently meet departmental sales objectives / targets and manage the team's daily activity needed for expected results.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
Setting a clear vision and goals for the team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans to improve performance and results.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Oversee inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
Cadillac Experience Preferred.
Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, market trends, and customer behavior.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
