Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning is a local family-owned and operated heating and cooling company looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our team. We service Residential and Commercial properties, providing full-service HVAC service to our customers.
Specific Responsibilities :
Available to go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Complete all necessary paperwork including agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate forms.
Lead generation activities include attending networking events, home shows, community events, and making outbound calls.
Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.

Ability to develop rapport and listen to customers
Ability to properly evaluate and assess customers' needs
Must be able to operate a smartphone / iPad
Sales Experience is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
Ability to pass a background check
Valid Drivers License / Clean driving record
