Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Maintaining property and upkeeping grounds.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notify managers of necessary repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Clean rooms, halls and bathrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop, replace toiletries
- Manage utility closet for items, and make sure to let us know we need to order items, so we don’t run out.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with other employees.
- Hard worker.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Cleaning technician must be a self-starter and take initiative.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- 1 years previous experience working in a commercial janitorial setting.
- Have experience with a vacuum, mop, broom, and cleaning materials.
- Be able to communicate effectively with all team members.
- Be a team player and work well with others.
