Job Description

Sorter Responsibilities:
- Sorting pallets to grade while ensuring all trash and debris is removed from pallets.
- Sorting pallets to achieve expected production requirements.
- The sorter position requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Using quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the observance of all safety rules and regulations.
Requirements of the Sorter Role:
- Sorters must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
- The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential
- Standing, bending, lifting for 3/4 of the shift
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Able to lift, or assist in lifting 25-75 pounds repeatedly
- Performing the job in a safe manner within the company’s process
- Reporting any unsafe conditions.
What we are looking for in a Sorter:
- Strong attendance
- 1 years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery
- Willingness to perform duties of the position
- Drive to grow within the company
- Able to work as a team member with other employees
Shift and Rate:
- 1st Shift 6:00 AM-2:30PM Starting pay rate $16.00/hour
