Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating spreadsheets, documents, entering data into various systems and databases, generating reports, and supporting various departments with data-related tasks. This is a part time position for 15-20 hours per week paid at a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and summaries from databases and systems
- Provide support to other departments on data-related services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry; 2-3 years experience preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite including Sheets and Docs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Compensation & Benefits
