I am currently partnered with a leading Professional Services organization on the recruitment of a business-critical role within their procurement function.
This position will manage a large team across North America, within a de-centralized business model, partnering with cross – functional stakeholder groups to ensure procurement is a key cog in business strategy.
As Procurement Division Leader, you will:
- Lead a team of procurement professionals across regional procurement departments
- Deal with the challenges of unmandated procurement environment, effectively influencing and negotiating with cross functional stakeholder groups to drive procurement agenda
- Develop & implement procurement strategy for regionalized spends
- Effectively people manage a large team, ensuring a harmonious and motivated environment is fostered
Experience required:
- A strong procurement leadership background, with a track record of people management & effectively engaging with c-suite stakeholder groups
- Experience operating with a de-centralized procurement model
- Experienced within a global matrix organization
- Facilities procurement experience ideal but not required
