We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Catering Event Operations Lead. You would be a front-line representative of our brand, leading and executing many events each year. Duties may include:
- Assisting with event production within our warehouse and kitchen operations
- Event set up and delivery of pertinent equipment and products, may drive small van or box truck
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through cohesive event execution and management
- Supervising, motivating, and directing staff during catering functions
- Assisting with serving, bartending, and on-site cooking
- Handling small parties, buffets, seated dinners, dining room and back-of-house service, convention logistics and service, concessions, as well as bar setups and service

This job requires:
- Long periods of standing/walking
- Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and reach frequently
- Ability to frequently carry heavy trays, equipment, and other items – often 30 lbs, sometimes 50 lbs
- Positive communication with guests using your effective listening skills and asking thoughtful questions
