The Draftsman will work closely with the Design Engineer and will play a key role in our design and development process. They will work closely with our engineering and design teams to create detailed technical drawings and plans for a variety of projects. - Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and designers. 2. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Revise drawings as needed based on feedback and changes in project scope.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.
- Assist with project coordination and communication as needed.
- Proficient in operating office machines, including computers, printers, and calculators.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a draftsman.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized, neat, and orderly in maintaining records and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members, lead engineers, and customers.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360 or other relevant tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Diploma or degree in drafting or related field preferred.
- Other tasks related to design, manufacturing, and housekeeping need to be performed when instructed.
