Job Description

Role Accountabilities

Perform visual inspections on all product lines.
Perform production line acceptance testing including insulation tests and function tests.
Ability to work from instructions, drawings, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and provide results in a timely fashion (strong troubleshooting skills).
Record test results and complete test reports, paperwork per instructions / procedures.
Report issues found on failed units.
Perform some mechanical assembly.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
Ability to handle large gage cables.
Good communication skills and be ableability to function in a team environment with limited supervision.
Excellent people skills to include collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
Outstanding work ethics and commitment to organizational success.
Able to follow and comply with Company Safety Standards.
Available to work on an evening shift : 5 : 30 pm – 2 am, plus overtime.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

2 - 5 years’ experience in the electric industry.

Two-year technical degree in Applied Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Equivalent college hours in engineering or

comparable industry experience.

Must be able to read and interpret schematics.

Experience in power electronics.

Experience in operating standard test equipment including DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Power Analyzers, Isolation Testers, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ISO 9001
