Landscape Architect/Landscape Designer
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

Branch Landscape Group is seeking a Landscape Design Associate/Project Coordinator is to assist the Landscape Designers/Landscape Architects and/or Project Managers with necessary tasks related to the design, sale and construction of landscape projects. It requires organization, great communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
The primary job duties are, but not limited to:
Support all aspects of the design, estimation, presentation & sales processes by:
- Collaborating with the team on designs, concepts, visuals, etc.
- Creating presentation documents
- Estimating take-offs and entering quantities/costs into proposals
- Preparing hand-drawn & computer-aided drawings & presentation materials
- Procuring material samples and subcontractor & material quotes
- Contacting vendors, suppliers, clients and subcontractors for various needs
- Communicating with clients for meetings, schedules/updates, plan revisions, etc. as needed by Design & Project Management staff
Support the project planning, management and implementation by:
- Ordering special materials
- Ordering, tagging and inspecting trees & plant material
- Putting together plan sets & construction details for subcontractors, foreman & project managers
- Obtaining information related to jobs for better communication, client updates and scheduling
- Visiting job sites for inspections, to deliver needed materials/supplies or to provide instruction
- Assisting with layouts of plants, patio dimensions, structure locations, etc per plan
Manage warranty & project punch lists by:
- Inventory deceased plant material & quantities on past-year projects every Spring for replacement
- Working with project management/scheduling for crews to perform warranty work or replacements
- Documenting and managing any warranty items submitted by homeowners, subcontractors or internal staff
- Overseeing the completion of punch lists and outstanding warranty items with PMs and subcontractors
