THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Data Scientist to support audience modeling, data analysis, and predictive insights for privacy-first healthcare advertising. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop expertise in data science, healthcare analytics, and machine learning in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams to refine data-driven audience targeting and ensure the accuracy of our models.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze healthcare and advertising data to uncover insights and optimize audience modeling.
Assist in developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms for audience targeting.
Use SQL and Python to query, process, and visualize large datasets.
Validate data integrity and ensure models align with privacy and compliance standards.
Collaborate with solutions and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Support ad hoc data analysis requests from internal stakeholders and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
Understanding of statistical methods, machine learning fundamentals, and predictive analytics.
Ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with healthcare data, advertising analytics, or privacy-first technologies is a plus.
