Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Naugatuck, CT, for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients have the most suitable commercial lines coverage. Daily tasks will include but not limited to responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, quoting commercial insurance, billing inquiries, providing certificates of insurance, working through audits and assisting with claims.
Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service
- Two years of minimum experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Insurance license required
