The person selected for this position will work full-time onsite at client’s Headquarters, in North Chesterfield, VA 23235. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding state holidays.
Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by management in advance and contact information must be provided to management so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence.
Must be able to pass the client’s Fingerprint criminal background check.
Complete Description:
The incumbent will analyze complex client and criminal justice policies, processes and computer systems, and will use this information to evaluate automated and manual processes, staff workloads, skills, training needs and other factors to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer services. In addition will:
Research state laws, policies and processes, in partnership with client legal staff, management and staff to ensure that staff and persons eligible to receive client services are accurately informed.
Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems.
Apply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services.
Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new client services.
Plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media, in partnership with client’s public relations staff, to inform the public about client services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
