As a commissioned sales representative, youll play a key role in helping our clients elevate their brand engagement strategies. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Fortune 500 accounts that are under contract with Brand Addition. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential to individuals who excel in sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to develop a strong sales pipeline utilizing our contracted client list of some of the biggest companies on the Fortune 500 list or bring your own book of business.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts to drive sales and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives (Design, Logistics, and Merchandising)
Anticipate customer needs by understanding and analyzing account history and trends
Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and business proposals (PowerPoint, Canva or similar)
Problem-solve order related issues to provide the best solutions for customers
Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently through Syncore providing expert advice and recommendations on promotional products that align with our clients branding and marketing objectives
Create product ideation by sourcing from approved suppliers, researching industry trends, and working with internal marketing and merchandising teams
Generate and analyze ROI reports for marketing campaigns and events, identifying areas for improvement
Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Provide on-site support at client events as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain product knowledge to better serve clients
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and/or 3-5 years business experience (Industry experience a plus)
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a result orientated mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
