Summary of Position
This dynamic and motivated individual will gain experience by supporting our Account Managers with their day-to-day client related activities to aid in maintaining our larger relationships and marketing to grow sales. There is potential to also manage smaller accounts in the future. This entry to mid-level position provides exposure to multiple areas of the organization and could lead to upward mobility. Responsibilities
· Support Account Manger with projects on larger accounts
· Manage the day-to-day relationship and workings of some smaller established accounts
· Establish strong, positive client relationships with contacts
· Drive sales on accounts you have ownership over
· Work with the team to hit account and company margin and sales goals
· Develop and execute web-based marketing plans to enhance customer brand and channel needs for your accounts and assist Account Manager as needed
· Analyze sales trends, reports, and other data to determine long term strategic growth plans
· Work with internal teams (web, merchandising, distribution, inventory buyers, reporting, etc.) to create and maintain an amazing client experience
· Work collaboratively with our internal teams (Merchandising, Creative) to source creative and relevant product for client programs and events
· Report on ROI’s after each marketing initiative
· Review auto generated reports for Out of stocks, Products not shown on web, No weight, etc.
· Assist with event prep
· Attend events as needed to help support
· Run reporting and present on, as requested, for sales data, QBR’s, etc.
· Upload content through web management tool
· Review webstores regularly for updates and suggested enhancements
· Write copy for catalogs and web
· Ability to prepare client presentations; familiarity with PowerPoint required
· Help with on-site client visits – prep rooms, food orders, cleanup, etc.
· Gain an understanding of promotional products and the industry
· Develop and maintain relationships with other departments
· Assist other teams as needed
Requirements
· 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced business environment
· College degree preferred
· Promotional Products Industry buying experience a plus
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team oriented environment where the customer is at the center of our focus and decisions
