Bowles Rice LLP, an established law firm with offices throughout West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Administrative Clerk in its Charleston office.
Successful candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and have the interpersonal skills to interact with multiple attorneys and clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supply inventory; receiving and sorting deliveries; scanning and photocopying; delivering packages to/from locations throughout the area, carrying out administrative duties such as filing and typing, as well as preparing conference rooms for meetings. Qualified candidates must have own transportation, a valid driver’s license, evidence of insurance and a very good driving record. Experience with copy machines, scanners, and other office equipment as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) is preferred. Candidates should have excellent time management and organization skills; attention to detail; ability to multi-task and must be able to handle a large workload for a very busy practice.
Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle.
