We are seeking a trained Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment decoration, utilizing various sewing machines, and understanding garment decoration processes. Duties
- Operate and maintain sewing machines.
- Perform embroidery tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating single and multi-head sewing machines and understanding their functions.
- Strong knowledge of garment decoration techniques and fabric types.
- Ability to fabricate various types of garments with precision.
- Experience working in a shop storefront environment is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
