Brand Dental is searching for a front desk coordinator to join our awesome team! Our goal is to deliver the highest level of dental care to the residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are located on Market Street in Kingston, PA in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. We pride ourselves on combining experience with the latest techniques and technology to provide our patients with unparalleled treatment.
The main responsibilities of the front desk coordinator is working the check-out position in a dental office setting and being the main point of contact for our patients. Your role includes (but is not limited to) answering phone calls in a timely manner, check-in and check-out patients, scheduling, dental insurance verification and various other dental office duties. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent computer skills, ability to multi-task in high volume situations, flexibility, dental knowledge is a plus but not required if candidate has the right attitude. You will oversee the front desk and ensure our patients are always receiving the highest level of care. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic candidate who is willing to learn and grow within their position and with the company!
