We are seeking a Talent Branding Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on building and executing customized talent brand strategies for clients in manufacturing, logistics, and technology. You will work closely with our clients, conducting research, developing EVP statements, and managing social media content to elevate their employer brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Brand Strategy Development:
- Work with clients to develop comprehensive talent brand strategies that align with their mission, values, and recruitment goals.
- Ensure the brand strategy supports attracting diverse talent and resonates with both internal employees and potential recruits.
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Development:
- Collaborate with clients to create compelling EVPs, showcasing the unique benefits, growth opportunities, and culture of their organizations.
- Develop supporting materials such as employee testimonials, value highlights, and presentation decks.
- Social Media Engagement & Amplification:
- Develop social media content calendars and launch campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Track and analyze performance, optimizing content for better reach and engagement, leveraging advanced tools for content analysis and user engagement insights.
- Competitive Landscape Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry competitors to understand how they attract talent and develop insights to help clients position themselves as an employer of choice.
- Success Story Communications:
- Create and share employee success stories, using articles, videos, and social media posts to highlight company achievements and foster a positive work environment.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize data analytics tools and insights to guide strategy decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve the effectiveness of talent branding efforts across platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, content planning, and analytics.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or manufacturing sector is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with employer branding best practices and EVP development.
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and use of A.I.
Salary : $30 - $50
