Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service by ensuring a positive and efficient parking experience.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform duties under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting guest expectations.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for parking vehicles.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive under pressure while remaining polite, attentive, and friendly.
- Team player, especially during busy and fast-paced situations.
- Strong physical condition, as the position requires being on foot for extended periods.
- Proficient in operating both automatic and standard (stick shift) vehicles of various makes and models.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, a clean DMV record, and the ability to provide a DMV printout.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
