About the Role:
We are seeking a Home Cook / Caterer to prepare simple food items such as tea, snacks, and light meals for large weekend orders. If you enjoy cooking and have experience handling bulk food preparation from home, this is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare simple yet delicious food items (e.g., tea, snacks, light meals) in bulk quantities.
- Ensure food is prepared hygienically and meets quality standards.
- Properly package food for delivery/pick-up.
- Manage ingredient inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in bulk cooking or catering preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Access to a well-equipped and hygienic home kitchen.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Availability on weekends.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
