\n- Expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates’ ideas, but also be a part of the initial creative process and drive the high level strategy behind our design decisions
- Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
- Balancing multiple design tasks at a time
- Work alongside marketing teams to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
- Collaborate with marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of campaign build outs
- Research on new solutions and offerings
- Deep familiarity producing assets for digital distribution including static and motion graphics
- 4 years of agency experience or the like
- A broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications and especially digital ad design with motion
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Intimate knowledge of industry tools
- Familiarity with and interest in emerging AI tools
- Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
- Great communication skills
- Takes criticism very well
- Deep understanding of current trends
