Brand My Bag is a custom brand packaging company servicing the cannabis industry. We strive to help our partners stand out from the crowd with eye-catching, full-color print designs on quality, compliant marijuana packaging.We specialize in Mylar bag packaging, fully printed stand up pouches, and lay flat pouches. We can also custom brand a variety of different containers used by the industry, including pop top vials and glass jars by printing roll stock labels that are transferred onto the containers. We use state-of-the-art printing technology to create whatever our customers have in mind.As a Sales Representative for Brand My Bag, you will present, promote, and sell our products and services using solid strategies to existing and prospective customers primarily in the Cannabis industry as well as food and other industries. The ideal Sales Representative for Brand My Bag will be extremely relationship savvy and motivated by increasing sales, reaching goals and contributing to overall growth and success in a small team environment.Primary Responsibilities:Generate and pursue leads by performing a combination of in-office strategizing, planning, and scheduling meetings, as well as getting out in the field “knocking on doors”.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services to them.Relay sales/job information to the production team.Keep customer informed on the status of their sales orders, pricing, timelines, or other relevant information.Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations.Retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over timeRequirements:B2B Sales Experience – Ability to sell to manufacturers, food brands, dispensaries, and retailers.Flexible Packaging Sales experience preferred.Printing & Converting Knowledge – Understanding of digital print, thermal lamination, flexographic printing, gravure printing, and pouch converting.Lead Generation & Prospecting – Skilled in cold calling, networking, and upselling.Consultative Selling Approach – Ability to educate customers on materials, features, and benefits.Account Management – Experience managing long-term client relationships and growing accounts.Excellent written and oral communication skillsProactive self-starter with a great attitude and work ethicStrong background in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Suite softwareAbility to fulfill occasional late nights and/or weekend workWhy work for Brand My Bag?https://brandmyBag.com/
