Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the hotel's success. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a dedicated team to uphold our high standards of service. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure all departments operate smoothly and adhere to brand standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement efficient operational policies and procedures.
- Guest Experience:
- Provide a high level of guest service and ensure that guests have a positive experience throughout their stay.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor guest feedback and make improvements based on reviews and surveys.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, including forecasting, planning, and financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Control operating costs and manage expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk associates, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Create a positive work environment, provide ongoing training, and ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and local businesses.
- Coordinate promotional activities and special events to attract guests and enhance the hotel’s visibility.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain property standards.
- Community Engagement:
- Represent the hotel in local community events and activities to build positive relationships and enhance the hotel’s reputation.
- Engage with local organizations and businesses to promote the hotel and create partnership opportunities.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
