Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools.
- Provide regular, detailed reports on key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, implement strategies accordingly.
- Provide learnings and guidance on ad creatives and copy to the creative team.
Audience Targeting:
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific customer segments with tailored messaging.
- Continuously refine and expand audience targeting based on performance data and market trends.
Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization.
- Monitor and control costs to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
