Job Overview
Seeking a dynamic individual to take the lead in the sales and marketing programs of the hotel with knowledge of the sales and revenue management system of leading franchise groups such as Hilton, Marriott and IHG.
Ability to plan, develop and coordinate the setting of revenue sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored and goals are achieved. Participate in weekly revenue management calls with hotel management and franchise sales.
Regularly monitor onsite sales of rooms and meeting spaces through direct and third-party client contacts.
Establish contacts and build working relationships with visitor bureaus, chambers of commerce, group booking coordinators.
Participate in maintaining websites, social media channels, sales collaterals, and campaign programs.
Assist and coordinate with the General Manager to aggressively monitor guest satisfaction scores on franchise portals, TripAdvisor, and other social media channels.
Able to coach and train hotel team members on key components of sales processes to effectively foster new businesses and service existing ones.
Devise strategies to achieve an award-winning position with the franchise.
Manage client relations with large accounts. Liaise directly with guests when needed
Reporting to senior management of the group.

- Hospitality experience is a requirement for this role
