A little bit about the role!

We’re seeking a Marketing Associate who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. Whether it’s planning social posts, working with influencers, updating app content, or helping customers with questions, you know how to track what’s working, adjust strategies, and keep everything running smoothly. This role is great for someone who loves creating eye-catching campaigns while digging into the data to measure success and drive continuous improvement. As our Marketing Associate, you will report to the Brand Manager and be responsible for the following:

Email and SMS Marketing Execution

• Creating, scheduling, and sending email and SMS campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
• Managing and segmenting customer lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with the brand voice and strategy.
• Managing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Monitoring social media accounts daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.

App Management

• Regularly planning out and adding new product comparisons in the app to keep users engaged.
• Actively engaging with the app user community by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.

Customer Service

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns across email, social media, and app platforms, ensuring a positive experience.
• Resolving order-related issues, returns, and product questions efficiently & accurately

Analytics and Performance

• Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and app activity.
• Using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email/SMS platforms to analyze data and identify trends.

Other administrative and strategic projects as needed!

• Bring strong verbal and written communication skills to the table.
• Flex your analytical skillset through deriving actionable insights from data.
• Are familiar with Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, or another design tool.
• Learn fast and play well with others.
• Enjoy wearing multiple hats while still remaining detail-oriented.
• Are a Richmond local and can be in office five days a week.
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
