The IT Department at Brandeis is looking for an IT Change Management Coordinator.
Job Description/Job Duties:
- They will develop job aids, instructional videos, and other instructional materials as well schedule training sessions and work with subject matter experts to deliver training to users.
- Coordinate with IT Organizational Change team and Project Managers to work on deliverables such as training plans, training needs analysis, meeting facilitation, and website management as directed.
- Manage change management and product training activities via detailed planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
