Job Type : Full-Time Travel : Up to 95%; Starting and ending your day in the same assigned location Salary : Hourly Range : $36.24-$40.08 and benefit package per Collective Bargaining Agreement
Duties / Responsibilities / Physical Requirements :
- Operation of manual transmission dump and flatbed trailers on and off public highways
- Ability to complete equipment inspections and electronic log books per DOT regulations
- Knowledge of federal and state cargo securement laws
- Ability to read and write description of mechanical problems and repairs
- Experience with understanding / reading haul permits
- Perform safety sensitive tasks
- Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
- Regular and Predictable Performance
Education / Experience : Candidates must have a HS Diploma or equivalent; Valid Class 'A' CDL with doubles / triples endorsement; Hazmat W / tanker endorsements or the ability to obtain; 1-2 years of tractor-trailer experience; Ability to meet all DOT Requirements; 3 years of clean driving record Job Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
