What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Golf Professional position at Brandermill Country Club?
Brandermill Country Club is looking for a motivated and innovative Assistant Golf Professional candidate to help take care of our outstanding membership and outing business. PGA certification is not a requirement to apply for this position.
Key responsibilities include;
- Accurate and detail driven management of our Men's, Women's, Senior and other organized golf associations including extensive use of Golf Genius software
- Merchandising the golf shop including inventory, re-stocking, and entering inventory items
- Hiring, disciplining and developing a team of outside services employees
- Tournament management including charity outings, member tournaments & league play
- Public speaking and professional appearance
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
