What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Services/Cart Attendant position at Brandermill Country Club?
Brandermill Country Club is a private country club located on the Swift Creek Reservoir, near Powhite Parkway and Hull Street. Being a fully private club, our main focus will always be on providing our members with the best experience possible.
Responsibilities
As a department, the outside services are responsible for the day to day upkeep of the golf carts & driving range, while also assisting members before and after their rounds.
- Morning shifts require you to stage golf carts in a neat/orderly manner. As members and guests arrive to golf, greet them and offer to take their bags and place their items on/in the golf cart. Maintain an overall clean workspace/golf course.
- Closing shifts requires greeting members and putting their bags on carts, the same as openers. As carts come back during the day, clean them out & rinse off the carts, and either stage the carts again for use, or store away in the cart barn to recharge with approval. Put all carts away by the end of the night and make sure the course/area around the club house is in order for the next day.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who enjoys working outside and being busy, this is a great job for high schoolers.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay is minimum wage plus tip share. Tips per shift will vary but average is $10 to $30 in cash per shift.
