Salary
The typical annual salary range for this position is $50,125.00 USD to $58,147.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to computer users.
- Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically.
- Assist concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
- Assist more senior positions and / or perform functional duties under their oversight.
- Monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operation.
- Collaborate with others to resolve information technology issues.
- Provide technical support for software maintenance or use.
- Install and maintain computer hardware.
- Resolve computer software problems.
- Install software and test computer software performance.
- Train others in computer interface software use.
Qualifications
Education
Degree : High School Diploma

Clearance
Condition of Employment : Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Level Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Citizenship
