Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Leads are important members of our operation that assist Supervisors with the development and management of hourly associates. A strong lead will have warehousing experience, a proven track record in a leadership role, and a willingness to bring their knowledge and combine it with the Brandfox culture.

Leads must be technology-oriented and possess strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for helping run areas of operation and lead when the supervisor is unavailable.

Duties:

• Ability to manage, motivate, direct, lead, train and develop a team of 5-15 Brandfox Associates and temporary associates
• Operational experience and knowledge in various functional areas of e-commerce, warehousing/distribution, or 3PL operation (i.e. receiving, replenishment, Inventory, Value-add Services)
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintain compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Create and maintain a safe work environment for all Associates
• Use software to keep records, edit, and manage the inventory flow
• Focus on the productivity, process, and quality of warehouse operations through warehouse KPIs
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, employee performance, etc.
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained and safe
• Train new warehouse associates

Qualifications:

• 1 years in a leadership role required
• 1 years warehousing experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with moderate to advanced capabilities in applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, WMS, etc.
• Excellent organization, planning skills, and strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Available to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each
• Ability to bend, lift and stretch both below the waist and above the head
• Standing and walking for up to 8-10 hours a day on average

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
