Duties and Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, grooming, and household chores
- Encourage clients to participate in recreational activities and community events
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other professionals
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Current, valid driver's license required
- CPR training required
