Job Description:
We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be a mix of digital marketing execution and sales development, with bonus/commission opportunities of up to 100% of your base salary. You will be responsible for implementing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, digital advertising, website development, local search), while also engaging in inbound sales, appointment setting, and collaborating with our leadership team to close potential clients.
While the majority of your sales efforts will focus on inbound leads, there will be occasional outbound efforts to engage prospective clients. Sales duties may involve setting up meetings and working closely with leadership to reflect client needs and close deals effectively.
Key Objectives:
- Maximize ROI: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- SEO Excellence: Define and implement SEO best practices across all digital platforms.
- Sales Impact: Contribute to business growth by engaging with potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting the sales process with leadership.
- Client Growth: Help identify potential client opportunities while working with leadership to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Develop blog content, optimize LinkedIn strategies, and enhance local search visibility to help drive traffic and leads.
Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Execution:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Research and implement effective keywords to improve website rankings.
- Audit web pages for optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt strategies.
- Website Development & Optimization:
- Collaborate with developers to create and maintain SEO-friendly websites.
- Recommend improvements for better user experience and performance.
- Local Search Optimization:
- Optimize Google My Business and local directories for higher search visibility.
- Develop strategies to improve rankings in target regions.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Write engaging blog posts and web copy aligned with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure consistency and optimization.
- CRM Management:
- Manage leads, campaigns, and customer engagement via CRM tools.
- Analyze customer data to refine targeting and strategies.
- LinkedIn Optimization:
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for business growth and engagement.
- Develop LinkedIn campaigns targeting specific industries.
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Inbound Sales:
- Respond to inbound leads, set up meetings, and collaborate with leadership to close deals.
- Utilize marketing insights and reports to communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Outbound Sales (Occasional):
- Perform occasional outbound efforts to connect with qualified prospects.
- Drive lead generation by creating opportunities for new business.
Skills & Qualifications:Required:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and inbound sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
- Basic HTML knowledge (WordPress).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and LinkedIn management.
Preferred:
- Experience managing local SEO strategies and campaigns.
- Strong project management and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
Sales Bonus/Commission Structure:
- Bonus/Commission Potential: Up to 100% of base salary based on sales performance.
- Sales activities will focus on setting appointments and collaborating with the leadership team to close potential clients.
