We are hiring on behalf of one of the nation's premier aesthetic practices; offering both body and facial procedures with a strong focus on life-transforming liposculpture and body contouring. Currently, we are seeking an impeccably organized, upbeat, and detail-oriented marketing & social media manager to join our expanding team.
This is a full-time role after a preliminary 90-day probationary period.
Within our practice, the goal of our marketing manager to produce outstanding results and increased exposure both for our practice both in the WI/IL market and nationally, working both independently and alongside our vendors for SEO, social media, branding, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a "superstar" marketing and social media manager who would thrive in a position that includes:
1) Establishing and developing systems to refine current digital marketing procedures, both within our practice and with the vendors we retain.
2) Develop and execute digital marketing (PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing) plans both internally and for our clients
3) Develop and edit graphic and video content for social media channels - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website blogs. Strong video editing skills would also be considered an asset.
3) Monitor all relevant data (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Instagram, etc.) to provide tangible feedback while suggesting areas and strategies for improvement
4) On occasion, educate, train and/or troubleshoot with other team members as it pertains to marketing tasks
5) Occasionally represent our practice at industry events both locally and across North America, with expenses to be paid by the practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) 2-4 years in a digital marketing position, ideally in an agency-side environment. Strong knowledge of current social algorithms and engagement best practices is a MUST; as is an appreciation for beauty and the aesthetic industry.
2) Impeccable organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines simultaneously
3) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a highly courteous, energetic phone demeanor
4) A proven track record of dependability and follow-through, both in a client environment as well as within an organization
5) Strong familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google My Business, Instagram, LinkedIn as well as social media management and analytics tools (Later.com, HootSuite, etc.)
6) Experience in the beauty, luxury or fashion sectors would be considered a strong asset.
7) Experience with Hubspot would be considered a strong asset.
