Role Description :
Responsible for working with clients around the Bay Area, to execute live on-site events that deliver on our clients critical communications. Candidates should have strong project management skills, experience directing AV crews in a live production environment and the ability to collaborate with clients to deliver on their vision of a live production.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate production switchers and all associated technical equipment in a Production Control Room and / or Live Location environment during live shows and / or studio broadcast productions.
- Direct our onsite team to ensure the stream is created properly and all pre-event quality checks are done, streams are encoded properly, and any technical escalations are handled in a timely manner.
- Track action items and deliverables for each project and lead reviews with project stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Manage vendor(s) and Independent Contractors through the duration of a project.
- Instill trust and confidence in our clients and cement yourself and Brandlive as trusted partners in their live event processes.
- Keep up with industry trends and make recommendations on new equipment, software and processes to make our business more effective.
- Process oriented mind that can help refine our processes and best practices over time.
- Event planning and coordination, and hands-on operation of the technical aspects
- Project management skills with the ability to context shift between several simultaneous projects.
- Equipment management and inventory tracking
