Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory, receiving, clerical duties, and excellent computer literacy skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving parts and equipment daily
- Calling vendors on back ordered parts, checking on Eta's
- Maintain parts to be returned
- Inventory cycle counts
- Assist with data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Answering phone calls
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Requirements:
- Experience in inventory/receiving
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 to 4:30
