Open since 2017, the Brandon Baxter State Farm Agency is growing! We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and motivated professional who will thrive in this dynamic role which will bring a new challenge every day!
This candidate will help strengthen our relationship with customers by providing a remarkable customer service experience, and deepen our relationships by identifying cross selling opportunities.
Qualifications of the position include:
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1 years sales experience preferred
- A self-motivated & self-disciplined individual with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail Oriented & Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Driven, tenacious and energized by new challenges
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions and changes, including billing and claims questions.
- Providing quotes and writing policies for both new and existing clients.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify cross-sale opportunities for financial services and educate customers about insurance options.
- Responsible for working with both new and existing clients making requested changes to their accounts, identifying potential gaps or concerns in coverage through needs based conversations and writing new policies.
