What You’ll Do:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Schedule follow-ups, send reminders, and manage CRM updates
- Support the sales team and agency owner with projects as needed
- Occasionally assist in the office (as required)

- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Previous admin or customer service experience is a bonus
