Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for enhancements to the discoverWorkforce and Employer Portal systems.
Analyze business processes related to the WIOA programs and recommend improvements or new systems to better support program goals.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Act as a liaison between DYCD's program staff and the IT development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Conduct thorough testing of the systems, including functional, regression, and integration testing, to identify and resolve any issues before deployment.
Work with stakeholders to plan, organize, and manage the UAT process, ensuring that all key functionalities of the discoverWorkforce and Employer Portal systems meet the business requirements."
